PAYMENT

Bookings are not confirmed until credit/debit card details are provided. Should credit card details not be provided at the time of booking, the hotel reserves the right to cancel this booking.

If you book an advance saver rate online, you will be charged in full in advance of your arrival date. A flexible rate is non-refundable and normal cancellation terms do not apply.

On check in, your card will be pre-authorised for the total amount of your booking. Should the payment method not be authorised, you will be asked for another means of payment (cheques are not accepted). Should another means of payment not be approved, the hotel reserve the right to cancel your booking.

All pricing structures are inclusive of VAT (at the % rate at the time of booking).

Full settlement of your account is required at the time of departure. Should guests depart the hotel without checking out, your credit/debit card will be charged in full and a receipt will be sent electronically or to the address in which the booking is made.

If a guest is staying for multiple nights, you will be asked to settle your bill on a more regular basis. We accept the following credit cards : American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo and Switch

Notice
When we collect your personal information, we will give you timely and appropriate notice describing what personal information we are collecting, how we will use it, and the types of third parties with whom we may share it.

When subscribing to any of our newsletters or participating in our marketing events we will give you choices about the ways we use and share your personal information and we will respect the choices you make.

CHECK IN & CHECK OUT TIMES

Unless otherwise stated on booking confirmations, all guests can check in from 3pm on the day of arrival.

We ask guests to ensure they have checked out of their room by 11:00am.

Early check ins and late check outs are available at a small cost. This must be arranged in advance (at least 48 hours).

CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOWS

For rates marked “Advance Saver” we require full prepayment for the entire stay at the time of the booking. This rate is non-refundable and the booking in non-changeable. Prepayment is charged to the credit/debit card supplied at the time of the booking. Cancellation or non-arrival will result in the forfeiture of the prepayment.

Guests can cancel bookings giving 48 hours notice (2 days) prior to the day of arrival with no charge. If the correct notice is not provided, you will be charged in full for the first night’s stay.

All no shows will be charged in full for the first night’s stay.

For group bookings, cancellation and no show charges vary and these will be detailed at time of booking.

Some cancellation terms may vary dependant on the specific rate booked – please ensure you read the description in full prior to booking.

CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS BY THE COMPANY

Occasionally we may need to cancel your booking due to circumstances out with our control. In such circumstances we will endeavour to find you suitable alternative accommodation. In such circumstances you will be given a full refund but we shall have no further liability to you arising out of such a cancellation.

DAMAGE

We reserve the right and you hereby authorise us to charge your credit or debit card for any damage incurred to your room or the hotel during your stay (including without limitation specialist cleaning) or for any items that are missing when you leave.

PARKING

All guests can park in the hotel car park on a free of charge basis. Cars and their contents are left at the owners/customers own risk. We do not accept responsibility for loss or damage (save as may not be excluded or restricted by applicable law).

HOTEL EVENTS

Please be aware that at certain times throughout the year the hotel hosts weddings, events and parties, which you may feel would be an intrusion on your break. Please contact the Hotel directly in advance of your stay for further information.

NO SMOKING

Guests are not permitted to smoke in rooms or public areas.

GUEST BEHAVIOUR

Guests are requested to conduct themselves appropriately at all times and to comply with Company procedures and/or requests with regard to conduct and respect for the property of the Hotel, its employees and guests and their health and safety. Guests are requested not to disrupt the comfort and enjoyment of other guests, the smooth running of the Hotel, or cause offence to other guests or our members of staff. We reserve the right to refuse accommodation or services or remove you and members of your party from the Hotel if, in our reasonable opinion, we consider this provision to have been breached. Where this is the case shall have no obligation to refund you for lost accommodation, other services or any other loss or expense incurred.

CHILDREN

All children (a person under 16 years of age) staying at the Hotel must be accompanied by an adult and must be supervised by an adult at all times.

Cots and extra beds are available in most of our properties. However, these are limited and subject to availability. Additional charges may apply. Please check at the time of booking.

Guide dogs are accepted with prior arrangement. We have a no pet policy in place.

Take advantage of special savings when you book early. This rate is charged to your credit card at time of booking.
