Here at The Oaklands, we recognise the importance of working closely with each and every client in ensuring we meet all of your requirements.

Based on our experience of providing accommodation and acting as a venue for many different business purposes, we have put together specific packages all of which we are sure will meet your requirements. We pride ourselves on our expertise in tailoring packages to suit your exact needs and working closely with you in creating this.

With so many people working from home right now, we now offer Business Lodge ... for those who need a break and need the formality of working from a location with a more 'office' feel. These lodges can also be used to host meetings should the need arise.

When booking a conference or meeting with you will meet our event co-ordinator who will work closely with you in arranging your event. When you join us for your conference you will be met by your Host who will have been fully briefed on the timings and requirements of your event and of whom you will have a constant contact with during your time with us.

Your dedicated Host will meet and greet your delegates on arrival and will provide a full delegate briefing. They are responsible for ensuring your business event is a success.

We not only understand the needs of a business when selecting a venue to hold a conference but we also understand the essentiality of us managing the whole process for you. Our ethos is to take away the pressures and time involved in organising an event to leave you to concentrate on the business in hand.

Matching Needs to Offer
We base our relationships with businesses on matching the needs of our clients to our offer. We take the time to speak meet with all of our clients to ensure we have a full and clear understanding of their requirements and expectations.

Pricing Structures
Following on from meeting with potential corporate account holders we then start to look at pricing structures to ensure you receive the best rates at all times. Our understanding of your business lets us concentrate on pulling together an account that suits your needs. This includes discounted pricing for accommodation, conferences and meetings, and an added value package which is completely tailored to you as a business.

Account Management
Once we have completed the detail of your account, working closely with you, we then set up your account and agree payment terms. Elly, our Business Development Director, oversees all of our corporate account and she will assign an Account Manager who will be your one and only point of contact for everything - from accommodation to meetings to dinner reservations.

Statistical information can be produced for you if this is required. You will have regular meetings with your Account Manager and quarterly review meetings with Elly to ensure your account is consistently working for you.

Conferences and meetings

Our conference centre provides a multipurpose facility offering a wide variety of meeting rooms and facilities, trade show areas and accommodation for all your conference and meeting requirements from straight forward private meetings to top level conferences.

All of our rooms offer natural daylight, free wi-fi, projection screens and flexible areas to suit a variety of events for up to 200 delegates.

Our Business Lodges are based in quiet gardens and all have desks to work, sofa's for break time, large plasma screens, bathrooms and a private terrace.
